■Cancellation Policy (calculated from the event date)

・14 to 4 days prior: 50% of the minimum guaranteed fee

・3 days to 1 day prior: 80% of the minimum guaranteed fee

- On the day: 100% of the estimated amount (final amount)

*The day of the event is not included in the calculation of the starting date (e.g., if the event is held on the 15th, 7 days prior = 8th).

*In addition to the above, if any cancellation fees are incurred for outsourced options, etc., we will charge you the actual cost.

*Please make your payment within 7 days of the date you notify us of your cancellation.
